Let us Build a Website for you.

We’re always looking for ways to make our customers lives easier. We were one of the first hosting companies to offer free site migration for customers who transferred to us from other providers and it was received with much appreciation from our customers. It’s a no hands approach to getting set up with us. For our new customers, we’ve always offered easy to use free website builders to build great websites but is a more hands on approach. So we got to thinking how we could make it easy for our new customers to sign up and get something valuable up and running so they can go back to doing business…

Introducing the Starter Site feature.

Here’s what we’ll do for customers when they opt to use the Starter Site feature:

  • We’ll build a 1-page website that includes basic information such as their logo, hours of operation, contact information, map and description of their services.
  • We’ll manually create up to 5 e-mail addresses for them and provide assistance to setup their favorite e-mail clients.
  • We’ll register a free domain name for them
  • We’ll manually submit their website to Google, Yahoo and Bing.

GreenGeeks at DrupalCon Denver 2012

(Trey Gardner, CEO of GreenGeeks – Pictured Above)

DrupalCon Denver 2012 was a hit. The attendee count was 3000+, which is awesome! Taking from last year’s success at DrupalCon Chicago, we decided to go bigger and better. We spent over $300 dollars in candy to provide Drupalistas the sugar energy fix they needed to get through the great seminars, speeches and all the great great events that went down at DrupalCon.

In addition to educating Drupal developers, designers, users, fans… what GreenGeeks is/does and how we’re the leader in green energy web hosting, we were giving a chance to enter to win 1 of 3 prizes that will be given away on April 15, 2012.

It was a pleasure to meet all of the potential customers and of course our beloved existing customers.

Remember, if you don’t choose us as your green hosting provider, choose a hosting provider that is.

Until next year…

GreenGeeks launches new eco-friendly initiative

A few weeks ago,  we announced that we launched a new eco-friendly initiative. ”We are very excited by this new initiative” Says Trey Gardner CEO of GreenGeeks. “Since inception our mission has been to be the most eco-friendly web host around and to force others within our industry to go green. This new initiative embraces and expands our original mission by allowing us to branch out our efforts and to start to target different industries. This commitment also works well with our sponsorship of the 40th Earth Day anniversary, Fight For Air climb with the American Lung Association as both the climb and the C02NeutralWebSite.com partnership work to bring us cleaner air.”
